101 things fo rthe active athlete ot do on one foot amd crutchesRecovery on one foot after an injury or surgery can be tough.  If you were active and athletic prior to your forced down time, it can be even worse.  Here is a list we compiled from the members of The Community, your place to connect for a better recovery on one foot. 1. Write down your dreams when you wake up.
2. Write a letter to someone you admire telling them why you admire them.
3. Work on some brain teasers.
4. Wear comfy clothes.
5. Water aerobics (get a cast protector first).
6. Watch your favorite movies.
7. Warn your friends about bad weather coming their way.
8. Volunteer at a local charity.
9. Use your crutches to play pots and pans like drums.
10. Use Volleyball knee pads to wear when you have to crawl short distances around the house.
11. Use the down time to read and memorize Bible verses.
12. Try origami.
